Why can’t every company offer to “plant a tree for me” along with each purchase like Dell is doing? (Way to go, Dell!) At a minimum, it would make for a great gift to give to clients at Christmastime.
To each his own, I suppose. While Dell is certainly more advanced in terms of environmental advocacies, Starbucks has its own agenda. Where I come from, Starbucks is focused on helping underprivileged children. I did read the article on corporate hypocrisy but does that particular Starbucks reflect all the Starbucks in the world?
